The lable on the wine bottle doesn't seem to fit in with the way the bottle is drawn, maybe if you flipped it over vertically(?) it could look better.
the shading and anatomy is very good, except that heidrich, being a silken windhound, has much much longer hair on the neck and chest, as well as him having a sort of collie/roman nosed muzzle.
the gradient shading looks awesome! the sort of scribble lines do kind of kill it for me, as they don't really look like they belong in he whole picture.
one last thing, under the table cloth, there's a show of the sky every now and then. i don't know if its purposeful or anything, but i personally feel it can be fixed.
overall, this is a very nice piece of artwork showing the class and elegance this character has, even when getting drunk! hope this critique was helpful
